The photos on this website are from my early motorsport life. Mostly from the seventies with some earlier, some later. Concentrating on Drag Racing, which is my passion, you will also find various shots from circuit racing and hillclimbs from around Australia. If it had wheels and raced, we were there snapping away. As you will see, these photos are all pre digital and some are even pre Tele Lens. Back then it was hard to justify a Tele Lens on less than a hundred dollars a week.

We have sorted through the mountains of negatives and slides and picked out the ones that we think you will enjoy. Some are good, some not so good, but the bad ones didn't make it. As we have come to know, that any photo might not mean much to some, but could be a personal favourite for others. You never know, you might come across a photo of yourself racing that old racer back in the good old days.

After 30 years I have just bought an SLR camera, so I'm back doing it again. But with new regulations for photographing at some of the race tracks, we'll just have to see how that goes.
